Overview

There are 4 Shiki Koyuki units, each with 3 comfortable and spacious levels.

The middle floor is open plan with a large kitchen, toilet, dining area and lounge which enjoys great views of Mt.Yotei.

There is also a Japanese tatami room with sliding doors that can be used as a sleeping area if you have more than 6 guests.

The top floor has three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with the master bedroom featuring Mt.Yotei views. On the ground floor you will find a garage, laundry and ski storage area.

                    This accommodation is new to our range and not yet on our map but is located close to Annabel.

                    Shiki & Koyuki Townhouses are located in the Izumikyo district adjacent to the main Hirafu Village.

                    There are several popular restaurants and cafes in this area including Grau Bunden bakery and cafe, Tsubara soup curry, Re Arbor Restaurant and Jo Jos cafe in the Niseko Adventure Center.

                    There is also a Lawson convenience store with easy walking distance.

                    Booking Terms

                    Payments

                    • 25% Non-Refundable Deposit Payment required at the time of booking
                    • 75% Non-RefundableBalance Payment required no later than 75 days before the check in date

                    Cancellation

                    • Cancellation requests must be made via email (info [at] samuraisnow.com) or website contact form and reconfirmed by Samurai Snow before being considered a cancellation.
                    • 76 or more days before check in date - 25% cancellation fee applies (Deposit Payment is non-refundable)
                    • Within 75 days of check in date - 100% cancellation fee applies (Deposit & Balance Payments are non-refundable)

                    Transferability

                    • Bookings at this accommodation are not transferable to another accommodation (even in the same building). 
                    • Unless specfically agreed with Samurai Snow, a change of accommodation is considered to be a cancellation of the original accommodation booking (cancellation terms apply). Booking of the new accommodation, as a separate booking, would be required.
                    • It may be be possible to change the reservation name of a booking at this accommodation. However, this must be agreed by Samurai Snow in writing.

                    Gap Management

                    • Booking requests may not be accepted if the new booking requested leaves a gap of fewer nights than the minimum nights stay required for the gap in question.
                    • Booking requests that leave a gap are considered on a case-by-case basis.
                    • The right to decline a booking request is reserved, even if the dates are available.
                    • Booking requests are not confirmed until a deposit is paid and you receive an email from Samurai Snow confirming the booking.

                    Check In / Out

                    • Check in time is from 15:00 and check out time is from 10:00
                    • Early check in and late check out can be requested and will be accommodated where the accommodation schedule allows
                    • Early check in cannot be guaranteed in advance & late check out can only be confirmed the night before
