The apartments are conveniently located behind the main street, approximately 6 minutes walk to or from the Ace Family lift and close to many great restaurants and shops but with quiet village surrounds.

Booking Terms

Payments

  • 25% Deposit Payment required at the time of booking
  • 75% Balance Payment required no later than 75 days before the check in date

Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests must be made via email (info [at] samuraisnow.com) or website contact form and reconfirmed by Samurai Snow before being considered a cancellation.
  • 76 or more days before check in date - 25% cancellation fee applies
  • Within 75 days of check in date - 75% cancellation fee applies

Gap Management

  • Booking requests for stay dates between 21st December and 4th January will not be accepted if the new booking requested leaves a gap of 3x nights or fewer. 
  • The right to decline a booking request is reserved, even if the dates are available.
  • Booking requests are not confirmed until a deposit is paid and you receive an email from Samurai Snow confirming the booking.

Guest Details

  • The first name, last name and date of birth must be provided for all members of your group no later than 30 days before your arrival to be in compliance with Japanese law.

Arrival & Departure Transfers

  • Bus or taxi transfers can be booked with Samurai Snow for your arrival and departure in the coming months once winter 2024-25 season pricing is confirmed.
  • If you prefer to make your own arrangements, we need to know your arrival and departure details no later than 30 days before your check in date.

Check In / Out

  • Check in time is from 15:00 and check out time is from 10:00
  • Early check in cannot be guaranteed in advance & late check out can only be confirmed the night before

Date Changes

  • Stay date change may be considered within the same winter season
  • Request for stay date changes must be made via email (info [at] samuraisnow.com) or website contact form more than 14 days before check in date and reconfirmed by Samurai Snow before being considered
