Booking Terms
Arrival & Departure Transfers
- Arrival bus or taxi transfers must be booked with Samurai Snow to ensure a smooth arrival and departure.
- Unless guests plan to hire a car and drive themselves or take the train, in which case, the accommodation can be booked on its own
Payments
- 25% Deposit Payment required at the time of booking
- 75% Balance Payment required no later than 75 days before the check in date
Cancellation
- Cancellation requests must be made via email (info [at] samuraisnow.com) or website contact form and reconfirmed by Samurai Snow before being considered a cancellation.
- 76 or more days before check in date - 25% cancellation fee applies
- Within 75 days of check in date - 75% cancellation fee applies
Date Changes
- Stay date change may be considered within the same winter season
- Request for stay date changes must be made via email (info [at] samuraisnow.com) or website contact form more than 14 days before check in date and reconfirmed by Samurai Snow before being considered
