Overview

Tastefully decorated inside, the house is fitted with all of the modern kitchen amenities one would expect in a resort home allowing for social cooking and dining.

Two super comfortable antique chairs look out into the view, encourage some quiet time after a day’s exercise, with English view-on-demand TV for those that need a distraction.

Guests also have the convenience of a safe area outside for children to play, and views into the trees.

Downstairs, a tatami room adjoins the master bedroom, providing space for post-ski stretching, lazy time relaxing with a book or space for an extra child to sleep on a Japanese style futon.

Just across from the master bedroom, a Japanese hinoki (cypress) hot tub for romantic time or time alone relaxing tired ski muscles.

This is a beautiful house for families or those that want to relax.

Chalet W is set in the quiet and serene area of Kabayama, which is only 1.2 km walk from the centre of Hirafu and the closest bus stop just 500m away.

Booking Terms

Payments

  • 25% Deposit Payment required at the time of booking
  • 75% Balance Payment required no later than 75 days before the check in date

Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests must be made via email (info [at] samuraisnow.com) or website contact form and reconfirmed by Samurai Snow before being considered a cancellation.
  • 76 or more days before check in date - 25% cancellation fee applies
  • Within 75 days of check in date - 100% cancellation fee applies

Gap Management

  • Booking requests may not be accepted if the new booking requested leaves a gap of fewer nights than the minimum nights stay required for the gap in question.
  • Booking requests that leave a gap are considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • The right to decline a booking request is reserved, even if the dates are available.
  • Booking requests are not confirmed until a deposit is paid and you receive an email from Samurai Snow confirming the booking.

Check In / Out

  • Check in time is from 16:00 and check out time is from 10:00
  • Early check in and late check out can be requested and will be accommodated where the accommodation schedule allows
  • Early check in cannot be guaranteed in advance & late check out can only be confirmed the night before
