- More than 75 days before check in - 25% cancellation fee applies
- 0 - 75 days before check-in - 100% cancellation fee applies
Check In / Out
- Check in time is from 15:00 and check out time is from 10:00
- Early check in and late check out can be requested and will be accommodated where the accommodation schedule allows but may be subject to additional charges
- Early check in cannot be guaranteed in advance & late check out can only be confirmed the night before
No Smoking Policy
- There is a penalty charge of ¥500,000 for violations of the no smoking policy with the right to evict without refund for the remaining days reserved
