Cancellation
- Cancellation requests must be made via email (info [at] samuraisnow.com) or website contact form and reconfirmed by Samurai Snow before being considered a cancellation.
- Cancellation fees vary according to when the cancellation is finalised and the number of rooms booked.
- Please allow up to 48 hours from when a cancellation request is received by us to when the cancellation is finalised and the cancellation fees apply.
