Overview

Ishi Couloir is built in classic North American ski chalet style with high ceilings and plenty of space. Cozy warm carpets line the floors. Bathrooms are tiled and generously sized and a number of them are ensuite with bath tubs.

With 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments available any size group can be catered for.

The apartments are spacious and well appointed with all the modern conveniences needed to get the most from your ski holiday in Niseko.

All kitchens are large, have plenty of bench space, gas cook tops and ovens plus they are fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals for the team after a big day out in the snow.

A large ski drying room ensures warm and dry boots in the morning.

                      Location Ishi Couloir is located in Izumikyo One just a short walk to the convenience store and close to a host of local dining options.

                      There is a village shuttle stop just a minute from the door to get you to the lifts and back each day.

                      A short walk from Ishi Couloir you will find the Niseko Adventure Center, Lawson convenience store and a host of exciting new restaurants in the Setsu Hotel complex.

                      Booking Terms

                      Payments

                      • 25% Non-Refundable Deposit Payment required at the time of booking
                      • 75% Non-RefundableBalance Payment required no later than 75 days before the check in date

                      Cancellation

                      • Cancellation requests must be made via email (info [at] samuraisnow.com) or website contact form and reconfirmed by Samurai Snow before being considered a cancellation.
                      • 76 or more days before check in date - 25% cancellation fee applies (Deposit Payment is non-refundable)
                      • Within 75 days of check in date - 100% cancellation fee applies (Deposit & Balance Payments are non-refundable)

                      Transferability

                      • Bookings at this accommodation are not transferable to another accommodation (even in the same building). 
                      • Unless specfically agreed with Samurai Snow, a change of accommodation is considered to be a cancellation of the original accommodation booking (cancellation terms apply). Booking of the new accommodation, as a separate booking, would be required.
                      • It may be be possible to change the reservation name of a booking at this accommodation. However, this must be agreed by Samurai Snow in writing.

                      Gap Management

                      • Booking requests may not be accepted if the new booking requested leaves a gap of fewer nights than the minimum nights stay required for the gap in question.
                      • Booking requests that leave a gap are considered on a case-by-case basis.
                      • The right to decline a booking request is reserved, even if the dates are available.
                      • Booking requests are not confirmed until a deposit is paid and you receive an email from Samurai Snow confirming the booking.

                      Check In / Out

                      • Check in time is from 15:00 and check out time is from 10:00
                      • Early check in and late check out can be requested and will be accommodated where the accommodation schedule allows
                      • Early check in cannot be guaranteed in advance & late check out can only be confirmed the night before
