Booking Terms
Payments
- 25% Non-Refundable Deposit Payment required at the time of booking
- 75% Non-Refundable Balance Payment required no later than 75 days before the check in date
Cancellation
- Cancellation requests must be made via email (info [at] samuraisnow.com) or website contact form and reconfirmed by Samurai Snow before being considered a cancellation
- 76 or more days before check in date - 25% cancellation fee applies (Deposit Payment is non-refundable)
- Within 75 days of check in date - 100% cancellation fee applies (Deposit & Balance Payments are non-refundable)
Gap Management
- Booking requests may not be accepted if the new booking requested leaves a small gap in dates between the new booking and an existing confirmed booking that is deemed as 'unsellable'.
- 'Unsellable' gap are considered on a case-by-case basis.
- The right to decline a booking request is reserved, even if the dates are available.
- Booking requests are not fully confirmed until a deposit is paid and you receive an email from Samurai Snow confirming the booking.
Transferability
- Bookings at this accommodation are not transferable to another accommodation (even in the same building).
- Unless specfically agreed with Samurai Snow, a change of accommodation is considered to be a cancellation of the original accommodaiton booking (cancellation terms apply). Booking of the new accommodation, as a separate booking, would be required.
- It may be be possible to change the reservation name of a booking at this accommodation. However, this must be agreed by Samurai Snow in writing.
Check In / Out
- Check in time is from 15:00 and check out time is from 10:00
- Early check in and late check out can be requested and will be accommodated where the accommodation schedule allows
- Early check in cannot be guaranteed in advance & late check out can only be confirmed the night before
