Booking Terms

Payments

  • 25% Non-Refundable Deposit Payment required at the time of booking
  • 75% Non-Refundable Balance Payment required no later than 75 days before the check in date

Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests must be made via email (info [at] samuraisnow.com) or website contact form and reconfirmed by Samurai Snow before being considered a cancellation
  • 76 or more days before check in date - 25% cancellation fee applies (Deposit Payment is non-refundable)
  • Within 75 days of check in date - 100% cancellation fee applies (Deposit & Balance Payments are non-refundable)

Transferability

  • Bookings at this accommodation are not transferable to another accommodation (even in the same building). 
  • Unless specfically agreed with Samurai Snow, a change of accommodation is considered to be a cancellation of the original accommodaiton booking (cancellation terms apply). Booking of the new accommodation, as a separate booking, would be required.
  • It may be be possible to change the reservation name of a booking at this accommodation. However, this must be agreed by Samurai Snow in writing.

Gap Management

  • Booking requests may not be accepted if the new booking requested leaves a gap of fewer nights than the minimum nights stay required for the gap in question.
  • Booking requests that leave a gap are considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • The right to decline a booking request is reserved, even if the dates are available.
  • Booking requests are not confirmed until a deposit is paid and you receive an email from Samurai Snow confirming the booking.

Check In / Out

  • Check in: From 16:00
  • Check out: By 10:00
  • In accordance with Japanese law, names, ages, and passport copies for every member of the party must be provided prior to arrival. Failure to provide this may result in a delay or denial of check-in.
  • Early check in and late check out can be requested and will be accommodated where the accommodation schedule allows
  • Early check in cannot be guaranteed in advance & late check out can only be confirmed the night before
