Overview

Olaf house is a stylish three bedroom, two bathroom house with extra tatami room located in the ever popular Hirafu Village.

Split over multiple levels, this luxurious ski chalet has relaxation and comfort in mind with plenty of spaces to sit back and put your feet up after an incredible day on the slopes.

Olaf House features large floor to ceiling windows to look out to the snow smothered surroundings from and give the place a light and spacious feel throughout. It also comes complete with a dry room, loft lounge, a large balcony/ deck space for barbeque's and an additional tatami room for yoga or the kids to play in. This space doubles as a bedroom with 2 extra futons available for if you have a 7th or 8th guest (charges apply).

The master bedroom comes with an ensuite and the other two bedrooms also on the same level share a bathroom. All rooms can be set with either two single or one double bed, the tatami room with comfortable Japanese style futon bedding.

Upstairs we find the fully equipped kitchen, dining and spacious lounge area. The dining table has seating for 8 and combined with comfortable furnishings make it the perfect place for enjoying time with family and friends.

The house is tastefully appointed and comes complete with everything you need to make the most of your Niseko ski holiday.

Location

Located in the lower Hirafu Village it is an easy stroll to the closest shuttle bus stop to take you up to the lifts.

There are also a number of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. Should you wish to bring a vehicle there is parking directly outside the chalet.

Booking Terms

These terms apply to all Rate Plans

Payments

  • 25% Non-Refundable Deposit Payment required at the time of booking
  • 75% Non-RefundableBalance Payment required no later than 75 days before the check in date

Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests must be made via email (info [at] samuraisnow.com) or website contact form and reconfirmed by Samurai Snow before being considered a cancellation.
  • 76 or more days before check in date - 25% cancellation fee applies (Deposit Payment is non-refundable)
  • Within 75 days of check in date - 100% cancellation fee applies (Deposit & Balance Payments are non-refundable)

Transferability

  • Bookings at this accommodation are not transferable to another accommodation (even in the same building). 
  • Unless specfically agreed with Samurai Snow, a change of accommodation is considered to be a cancellation of the original accommodation booking (cancellation terms apply). Booking of the new accommodation, as a separate booking, would be required.
  • It may be be possible to change the reservation name of a booking at this accommodation. However, this must be agreed by Samurai Snow in writing.

Gap Management

  • Booking requests may not be accepted if the new booking requested leaves a gap of fewer nights than the minimum nights stay required for the gap in question.
  • Booking requests that leave a gap are considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • The right to decline a booking request is reserved, even if the dates are available.
  • Booking requests are not confirmed until a deposit is paid and you receive an email from Samurai Snow confirming the booking.

Check In / Out

  • Check in time is from 15:00 and check out time is from 10:00
  • Early check in and late check out can be requested and will be accommodated where the accommodation schedule allows
  • Early check in cannot be guaranteed in advance & late check out can only be confirmed the night before
