Overview

Helmet Club Hakuba is a newly rebuilt, very modern self catering, self contained ski chalet, just a short walk away from the Sakka lifts.

The chalet is great for a family with kids, or a group of friends and can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people in the six double bedrooms.

The full glass entry way opens on to an open plan living dining kitchen area. Just off the entry way is a dry room with work bench and racks.

The fully fitted kitchen has a large granite counter, IH cooktop and Meile dishwasher, with counter front seating as well as a dining table set for 12 people.

Just off the dining area is a separate Theater room with top spec sound system and projector, as well as a separate Karaoke system!

The chalet is beautifully furnished with plenty of space for everyone to relax.

6 Bedrooms, (2 x King beds, 8 x Single Beds), 6 Bathrooms, 7 Toilets, 1 Sauna, 1 Library, 2 Games Room, 1 Tatami Yoga Space, 1 Theater Room, 1 Dry room.

All bedrooms are ensuite and have 2x Single Beds.

These beds can either be made up as 2x separate Single Beds, each either own sheet and duvet OR pushed together as 1x King sized bed with a 1x sheet & 1x duvet.

4x rooms will be made as 2x Single Beds and 2x rooms will be made up as 1x King Bed.

However, which bedrooms in which configuration is flexible.

This accommodation is new to our range and not yet on our accommodation map but is located close to Koharu on the Location Map.

Helmet Club Hakuba is a magnificent 500 Square Meter Chalet just meters away from the Sakka Slopes of Happo-one in the Upper Wadano area of Hakuba.

Skiing and Snowboarding students can take the Sakka Kitaone Quad Lift and ski down to the Evergreen Ski School.

Payments

  • 50% Deposit Payment required at the time of booking
  • 50% Balance Payment required no later than 75 days before the check in date

Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests must be made via email (info [at] samuraisnow.com) or website contact form and reconfirmed by Samurai Snow before being considered a cancellation.
  • 76 or more days before check in date - 15% cancellation fee applies (35% of total accommodation price is refunded*)
  • 46 to 75 days before check in date - 15% cancellation fee applies (85% of total accommodation price is refunded*)
  • Within 45 days of check in date - 100% cancellation fee applies (0% of total accommodation price is refunded)

* Refunds are made in Japanese Yen. The amount that you receive in your home currency may differ from the amount that you paid due to exchange rate fluctuations.

  • Check in time is from 16:00 and check out time is from 10:00
  • Early check-in and late check-out may be available subject to availability & additional fees
