- 50% Deposit Payment required at the time of booking
- 50% Balance Payment required no later than 75 days before the check in date
Cancellation
- Cancellation requests must be made via email (info [at] samuraisnow.com) or website contact form and reconfirmed by Samurai Snow before being considered a cancellation.
- 76 or more days before check in date - 50% cancellation fee applies
- Within 75 days of check in date, 100% cancellation fee applies
Check In / Out
- Check in time is from 14:00 and check out time is from 10:00
- Early check in and late check out can be requested and will be accommodated where the accommodation schedule allows
- Early check in cannot be guaranteed in advance & late check out can only be confirmed the night before
