Overview

Aozora is a spacious luxury home in lower Hirafu, Niseko.

Completed in 2022 this stunning property features vaulted ceilings, a huge lounge, spa bath in the master en-suite and even a spiral staircase. The house has five bedrooms and four of these have an ensuite. There are four bedrooms on the ground floor and the master is on the 2nd floor just off the lounge.

The lounge is amazingly spacious and features comfortable leather lounge suites, a large 65 inch television and dramatic design features. Up the spiral staircase you will find a small tatami room that comes complete with roof top access and stunning Mount Yotei views.

The kitchen is spacious, well equipped and has plenty of bench space along with a breakfast bar. Pendant lights illuminate the ample 10 person dining table.

                      Aozora is new to our range and not yet on our map but is located opposite Yuzuki on the Location Map above.

                      Located in lower Hirafu the house is just a short walk from the famous Bar Gyu or fridge door bar, Ebisu Tei, Steak Rosso Rosso, Rin and more.

                      Situated near a shuttle stop which allows you easy access to the Hirafu Ski Area, ski school and many more dining and shopping opportunities in the upper Hirafu Village.

                      Should you bring your own vehicle the house comes complete with a garage to save you from snow clearing.

                      Payments

                      • 25% Non-Refundable Deposit Payment required at the time of booking
                      • 75% Non-RefundableBalance Payment required no later than 75 days before the check in date

                      Cancellation

                      • Cancellation requests must be made via email (info [at] samuraisnow.com) or website contact form and reconfirmed by Samurai Snow before being considered a cancellation.
                      • 76 or more days before check in date - 25% cancellation fee applies (Deposit Payment is non-refundable)
                      • Within 75 days of check in date - 100% cancellation fee applies (Deposit & Balance Payments are non-refundable)

                      Transferability

                      • Bookings at this accommodation are not transferable to another accommodation (even in the same building). 
                      • Unless specfically agreed with Samurai Snow, a change of accommodation is considered to be a cancellation of the original accommodation booking (cancellation terms apply). Booking of the new accommodation, as a separate booking, would be required.
                      • It may be be possible to change the reservation name of a booking at this accommodation. However, this must be agreed by Samurai Snow in writing.

                      Gap Management

                      • Booking requests may not be accepted if the new booking requested leaves a gap of fewer nights than the minimum nights stay required for the gap in question.
                      • Booking requests that leave a gap are considered on a case-by-case basis.
                      • The right to decline a booking request is reserved, even if the dates are available.
                      • Booking requests are not confirmed until a deposit is paid and you receive an email from Samurai Snow confirming the booking.

                      Check In / Out

                      • Check in time is from 15:00 and check out time is from 10:00
                      • Early check in and late check out can be requested and will be accommodated where the accommodation schedule allows
                      • Early check in cannot be guaranteed in advance & late check out can only be confirmed the night before
