This custom-built house is a contemporary, luxury home ideal for larger groups, designed by its owners to suit a two-family holiday. Everything in the house has been specifically engineered to comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests.

Gustav's Hideaway is a luxurious 4 bedroom house located in Lower Hirafu with convenient access to all of Hirafu's amenities, and both the Hirafu and Hanazono ski fields. 

The property sits on a quiet street in Lower Hirafu with plenty of space for you to enjoy after returning from the ski field.

  • Pre-arranged driver collection from Hirafu Welcome Centre or Kutchan Train Station available between 07:00 and 20:00 - must be booked at least 1 week in advance

Ski Shuttle 

  • Pre-arrange a ski shuttle to the closest ski lift to your accommodation available between 08:00 and 20:00.
  • Must be booked in advance by 18:00 the day before
  • Subject to driver availability and pre-arrangement

Booking Terms

Payments

  • 25% Deposit Payment required at the time of booking
  • 75% Balance Payment required no later than 75 days before the check in date

Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests must be made via email (info [at] samuraisnow.com) or website contact form and reconfirmed by Samurai Snow before being considered a cancellation.
  • 76 or more days before check in date - 25% cancellation fee applies
  • Within 75 days of check in date - 100% cancellation fee applies

Gap Management

  • Booking requests may not be accepted if the new booking requested leaves a gap of fewer nights than the minimum nights stay required for the gap in question.
  • Booking requests that leave a gap are considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • The right to decline a booking request is reserved, even if the dates are available.
  • Booking requests are not confirmed until a deposit is paid and you receive an email from Samurai Snow confirming the booking.

Check In / Out

  • Check in time is from 16:00 and check out time is from 10:00
  • Early check in and late check out can be requested and will be accommodated where the accommodation schedule allows
  • Early check in cannot be guaranteed in advance & late check out can only be confirmed the night before
