  • 75% Balance Payment required no later than 31st May 2024

Cancellation

  • Up to 31st May 2024 - 25% cancellation fee applies
  • From 1st June - 100% cancellation fee applies

  • Request for stay date changes must be made via email (info [at] samuraisnow.com) or website contact form more than 14 days before check in date and reconfirmed by Samurai Snow before being considered
