    The Orchards complimentary Ski Shuttle brings the ski slopes to your front door, looping through The Orchards picking up guests then stopping at the main lifts and gondola in Hirafu Village regularly throughout the day.

    The Ski Shuttle is easy and convenient and runs into the evening as well, so heading back into the

    • 75% Balance Payment required no later than 75 days before the check in date

    Cancellation

    • Cancellation requests must be made via email (info [at] samuraisnow.com) or website contact form and reconfirmed by Samurai Snow before being considered a cancellation.
    • 75 or more days before check in date - 25% cancellation fee applies
    • Within 75 days of check in date - 100% cancellation fee applies

    • Early check in and late check out can be requested and will be accommodated where the accommodation schedule allows
    • Early check in cannot be guaranteed in advance & late check out can only be confirmed the night before
