Rate Plans
Bookings can be made EITHER at the Discount Rate Plan OR the Flexi Rate Plan but not both.
The Discounted Rate Plan is not available for bookings that include any dates from 27th December 2026 to 3rd January 2027 OR from to 11th to 6th February 2027.
The pricing shown is at the Discount Rate Plan for the stay dates where the Discounted Rate Plan is applicable.
For booking requests with some stay dates where the Discount Rate Plan could apply and some dates where the Discount Rate Plan cannot apply, only the Flexi Rate Plan is available to book. In these instances, the price will be higher than the price shown.

Discount Rate Plan
Payments
- 25% Refundable Deposit Payment required at the time of booking
- 75% Balance Payment required no later than 25th June 2026
Cancellation
- Up until 25th June 2026 - 0% cancellation fee applies - Deposit Payment is refunded*
- From 26th June 2026 onwards - 100% cancellation fee applies
Flexi Rate Plan
Payments
- 25% Refundable Deposit Payment required at the time of booking
- 75% Balance Payment required no later than 75 days before check in
Cancellation
- 75 days or more before check in - 0% cancellation fee applies - Deposit Payment is refunded
- Within 75 days of check in date - 100% cancellation fee applies
Refunds
- Refunds are made in Japanese Yen. The amount that you receive in your home currency may differ from the amount that you paid due to exchange rate fluctuations
Transferability
- Bookings at this accommodation are not transferable to another accommodation (even in the same building).
- Unless specfically agreed with Samurai Snow, a change of accommodation is considered to be a cancellation of the original accommodaiton booking (cancellation terms apply). Booking of the new accommodation, as a separate booking, would be required.
- It may be be possible to change the reservation name of a booking at this accommodation. However, this must be agreed by Samurai Snow in writing.

- Early check-in and late check-out may be available subject to availability & additional fees
