  • 70% Balance Payment required no later than 75 days before the check in date

  • 76 days or more before arrival - 30% cancellation fee applies
  • Within 75 days - 100% cancellation fee applies

Check In / Out

  • Check in time is from 16:00 and check out time is from 10:00
  • Early check-in and late check-out may be available subject to availability
  • For late arrivals (21:30 onwards), please consult with us regarding late or self check-in

Minimum Age

  • At least 2 members of each booking group must be over 25 years old

Damage Deposit

  • A cash or credit card deposit of ¥50,000 is required upon check-in
  • Deposit returned within 7 days upon satisfactory inspection of property following check-out
  • Property owner's decision regarding return of part or all funds is final
