    Kenman House Hakuba is new to our range and not yet on our accommodation map but is located around the corner from Black Crane Chalet on the Location Map above.

    Location

    Set at the edge of the Echoland Forest, in the beautiful village of Hakuba, Nagano....home to the premier events of the 1998 Winter Olympics.

    Just a couple of minutes walk away from the bars and restaurants or a shuttle bus stop to the slopes. Kenman house is in a super location with lovely views.

    • 50% Deposit Payment required at the time of booking
    • 50% Balance Payment required no later than 75 days before the check in date

    Cancellation

    • Cancellation requests must be made via email (info [at] samuraisnow.com) or website contact form and reconfirmed by Samurai Snow before being considered a cancellation.
    • 76 or more days before check in date - 15% cancellation fee applies (35% of total accommodation price is refunded*)
    • 46 to 75 days before check in date - 15% cancellation fee applies (85% of total accommodation price is refunded*)
    • Within 45 days of check in date - 100% cancellation fee applies (0% of total accommodation price is refunded)

    * Refunds are made in Japanese Yen. The amount that you receive in your home currency may differ from the amount that you paid due to exchange rate fluctuations.
