The expansive first floor houses the living room, kitchen, and dining area, complemented by a covered veranda at the front. It’s the perfect space to unwind after a day on the slopes or by the lake.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern western appliances and includes a convenient counter seating area. The dining table, a stunning single cut piece of wood, is ideal for family or group dinners. The living area offers a comfortable sofa, perfect for reading a book or enjoying a glass of wine.

A unique feature of Villa Bavaria is the two-story climbing wall that extends from the first floor—a fun activity for both adults and children. 

Upstairs, you’ll find two spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed and an additional double bed, ensuring ample space for relaxation. The second bedroom can be configured with a king-size bed or two single beds, plus an extra single bed, and features a wall-mounted TV.

                  Pricing

                  • Prices listed are guidelines and may be subject to change before a booking is confirmed with a deposit payment.
                  • If you are interested in booking this accommodation, please submit the booking request form and we will confirm the final price for your dates and send deposit payment instructions to you.
                  • Once a deposit payment has been made, the price is fixed in Japanese Yen.

                  Payments

                  • 35% Non-Refundable Deposit Payment required at the time of booking
                  • 65% Non-Refundable Balance Payment required no later than 75 days before the check in date

                  Cancellation

                  • Cancellation requests must be made via email (info [at] samuraisnow.com) or website contact form and reconfirmed by Samurai Snow before being considered a cancellation.
                  • 76 or more days before check in date - 35% cancellation fee applies (Deposit Payment is non-refundable)
                  • Within 75 days of check in date - 100% cancellation fee applies (Deposit & Balance Payments are non-refundable)

                  Transferability

                  • Bookings at this accommodation are not transferable to another accommodation (even in the same building). 
                  • Unless specfically agreed with Samurai Snow, a change of accommodation is considered to be a cancellation of the original accommodaiton booking (cancellation terms apply). Booking of the new accommodation, as a separate booking, would be required.
                  • It may be be possible to change the reservation name of a booking at this accommodation. However, this must be agreed by Samurai Snow in writing.

                  • Check in time is from 16:00 and check out time is from 10:00
                  • Early check in and late check out can be requested and will be accommodated where the accommodation schedule allows
                  • Early check in cannot be guaranteed in advance & late check out can only be confirmed the night before
