Located in the Echoland area, Villa Zhizen is straddled between the two major resorts of Happo and 47/Goryu and at the doorstep of many restaurants and bars.

It's in an excellent location just a few minutes walk from Echoland, so why not have a casual breakfast at the cafe or have a drink at the bar?

Shuttle buses are just a few minutes walk away, departing from the nearby Echoland rotary for all the major ski resorts: Happo-one, Iwatake, Hakuba47 and Goryu.

  • 76 or more days before check in date - 15% cancellation fee applies (35% of total accommodation price is refunded*)
  • 46 to 75 days before check in date - 15% cancellation fee applies (85% of total accommodation price is refunded*)
  • Within 45 days of check in date - 100% cancellation fee applies (0% of total accommodation price is refunded)
