  • 70% Balance Payment required no later than 75 days before the check in date

  • Cancellation requests must be made via email (info [at] samuraisnow.com) or website contact form and reconfirmed by Samurai Snow before being considered a cancellation.
  • 75 or more days before check in date - 30% cancellation fee applies (Deposit Payment is non-refundable)
  • 0 to 74 days before check in date - 100% cancellation fee applies

  • Check in time is from 15:00 and check out time is from 10:00
  • Early check in and late check out can be requested and will be accommodated where the accommodation schedule allows
  • Early check in cannot be guaranteed in advance & late check out can only be confirmed the night before
