                The ROKA Luxury Apartments are a collection of impeccably finished mountain residences and the most desirable accommodation in The Hakuba Valley.

                The apartments range from 2-5 bedrooms have ski-in-ski-out access.

                This accommodation is new to our range and not yet on our map but are located close to Sky Park Happo on the location map.

                Roka boasts a fantastic location at the foot of the Hakuba Happo-one ski resort, in front of the Sakka ski lifts.

                This is extremely convenient for all families with kids.

                Skiing and Snowboarding students can take the Sakka Kitaone Quad Lift and ski down to the Evergreen Ski School.
