Wadano Forest Hotel

Location

This hotel is located within the picturesque upper Wadano forest, with great ski field and valley views Wadano Forest Hotel is close to the Sakka ski slope at the northern end of Happo One.

Intermediate skiers and snowboarders can access the ski slope by crossing the road and skiing down to the Sakka Kitaone Quad Lift.

Skiing and Snowboarding students can then take the Sakka Kitaone Quad Lift and ski down to the Evergreen Ski School.

It is also possible to ski back to the hotel by exiting the northern end of the Sakka ski field and skiing through the trees.

    • 25% Non-Refundable Deposit Payment required at the time of booking
    • 75% Non-Refundable Balance Payment required no later than 75 days before check in

    Cancellation

    • Cancellation requests must be made via email (info [at] samuraisnow.com) or website contact form and reconfirmed by Samurai Snow before being considered a cancellation.
    • 76 or more days before check in date - 25% cancellation fee applies (Deposit Payment is non-refundable)
    • Within 75 days of check in date - 100% cancellation fee applies (Deposit & Balance Payments are non-refundable)

    Transferability

    • Bookings at this accommodation are not transferable to another accommodation.
    • Unless specfically agreed with Samurai Snow, a change of accommodation is considered to be a cancellation of the original accommodaiton booking (cancellation terms apply). Booking of the new accommodation, as a separate booking, would be required.
    • It may be be possible to change the reservation name of a booking at this accommodation. However, this must be agreed by Samurai Snow in writing.

    • Check in time is from 14:00 and check out time is from 10:00
    • Early check in and late check out can be requested and will be accommodated where the accommodation schedule allows
    • Early check in cannot be guaranteed in advance & late check out can only be confirmed the night before
