Overview

Completed in 2026, Miya is a fantastic luxury ski home nestled elegantly in Lower Hirafu Village.

It is built with those on a ski vacation in mind and features stylish furnishings and design, a practical open-plan layout, full kitchen, ski storage and much more.

Each of the 4 bedrooms has bedding for two guests, its own private tiled ensuite bathroom and can be configured with either two single beds or one double. There is also space for an additional two guests (charges apply), who will be provided with comfortable futon bedding. Carpeted floors in each room keep you warm and cosy.

If the home's comfort and style weren't enough to pique your interest, throw in stunning Mount Yotei views and close proximity to a shuttle bus stop, with a number of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance — and you've got Niseko accommodation that is hard to beat.

If you feel like eating in, the kitchen has plenty of bench space and comes with all the kitchenware you'll need to prepare those delicious post-ski-day feasts. Want to drive to a restaurant instead? The house has covered parking for one vehicle.

All in all, Miya is the perfect base for any Niseko mountain adventure — whether you're riding the mountain in winter or enjoying mountain biking and hiking in the Hokkaido summer.

Booking Terms

These terms apply to all Rate Plans

Payments

  • 25% Non-Refundable Deposit Payment required at the time of booking
  • 75% Non-RefundableBalance Payment required no later than 75 days before the check in date

Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests must be made via email (info [at] samuraisnow.com) or website contact form and reconfirmed by Samurai Snow before being considered a cancellation.
  • 76 or more days before check in date - 25% cancellation fee applies (Deposit Payment is non-refundable)
  • Within 75 days of check in date - 100% cancellation fee applies (Deposit & Balance Payments are non-refundable)

Transferability

  • Bookings at this accommodation are not transferable to another accommodation (even in the same building). 
  • Unless specfically agreed with Samurai Snow, a change of accommodation is considered to be a cancellation of the original accommodation booking (cancellation terms apply). Booking of the new accommodation, as a separate booking, would be required.
  • It may be be possible to change the reservation name of a booking at this accommodation. However, this must be agreed by Samurai Snow in writing.

Gap Management

  • Booking requests may not be accepted if the new booking requested leaves a gap of fewer nights than the minimum nights stay required for the gap in question.
  • Booking requests that leave a gap are considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • The right to decline a booking request is reserved, even if the dates are available.
  • Booking requests are not confirmed until a deposit is paid and you receive an email from Samurai Snow confirming the booking.

Check In / Out

  • Check in time is from 15:00 and check out time is from 10:00
  • Early check in and late check out can be requested and will be accommodated where the accommodation schedule allows
  • Early check in cannot be guaranteed in advance & late check out can only be confirmed the night before
