Overview

Forest Gardens is a newly built, modern, sleek home located in central Echoland.

The grey stone and dark wood finishes create an incredibly sharp and attractive look inside while the floor to ceiling windows connect you with the nature surrounding the home outside.

The 5 bedrooms sleep 14 guests. There are two baths in the home. One is a Japanese stone tile bath while the other is a modern bath overlooking the forest.

There is a large, fully equipped kitchen with Western appliances such as an oven, wine fridge, coffee maker. The living room features an easy to use gas fireplace and an Eames chair to relax in. There are also laundry facilities and a ski gear dry room.

                  It is a 3 minute walk to restaurants like Hie Izakaya, Calico, Central Snowsports Ski/Snowboard Rentals, Lion Adventure’s Cafe.

                  Everything Echoland has to offer is at your door step including Vive’s Dayspa and Vive’s fantastic modern fine dining restaurant.

                  It’s just a 5 minute drive to Hakuba47, Happo-One, Goryu, and Iwatake Resorts and a 5 minutes drive to A-Coop and Aeon supermarkets. Resort shuttles are less than 1 min walk away, though we always recommend hiring a car for the best times.

                  Pricing

                  • Prices listed are guidelines and may be subject to change before a booking is confirmed with a deposit payment.
                  • If you are interested in booking this accommodation, please submit the booking request form and we will confirm the final price for your dates and send deposit payment instructions to you.
                  • Once a deposit payment has been made, the price is fixed in Japanese Yen.

                  Payments

                  • 35% Non-Refundable Deposit Payment required at the time of booking
                  • 65% Non-Refundable Balance Payment required no later than 75 days before the check in date

                  Cancellation

                  • Cancellation requests must be made via email (info [at] samuraisnow.com) or website contact form and reconfirmed by Samurai Snow before being considered a cancellation.
                  • 76 or more days before check in date - 35% cancellation fee applies (Deposit Payment is non-refundable)
                  • Within 75 days of check in date - 100% cancellation fee applies (Deposit & Balance Payments are non-refundable)

                  Transferability

                  • Bookings at this accommodation are not transferable to another accommodation (even in the same building). 
                  • Unless specfically agreed with Samurai Snow, a change of accommodation is considered to be a cancellation of the original accommodaiton booking (cancellation terms apply). Booking of the new accommodation, as a separate booking, would be required.
                  • It may be be possible to change the reservation name of a booking at this accommodation. However, this must be agreed by Samurai Snow in writing.

                  Check In / Out

                  • Check in time is from 16:00 and check out time is from 10:00
                  • Early check in and late check out can be requested and will be accommodated where the accommodation schedule allows
                  • Early check in cannot be guaranteed in advance & late check out can only be confirmed the night before
