Overview

Ricky House has everything you’ll need for great snow holiday at a very affordable price.

The cottage is great for a family with kids, or a group of friends and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people in the two bedrooms.

The entryway opens into a lobby area and then into an open plan living dining area and an open kitchen.

The kitchen has modern appliances with an gas stove top, grill, microwave, fridge freezer and all the kitchen utensils you will need.

There is a downstairs full bathroom vanity and laundry space and a separate toilet. The heating makes sure you can stay nice and toasty even on the coldest of nights.

The cottage is beautifully furnished with plenty of space for everyone to relax.

Ricky House is a cozy, newly furnished, modern two bedroom self catering, self contained cottage set in the woods of Misorano, close to all the amenities of Echoland.

Ricky House is a 10 minute walk down to all the shops, bars and restaurants of Echoland and the 711 Convenience store.

Shuttle buses are just a couple of minutes away, departing from nearby lodges for all the major ski resorts: Happo-one, Iwatake, Hakuba47 and Goryu.

Centrally located in the Hakuba Valley, well connected Echoland is an increasingly popular choice for visitors wanting to visit a variety of ski hills.

The focal point of the area is the Echoland main street with a popular dining and nightlife scene.

Payments

  • 50% Deposit Payment required at the time of booking
  • 50% Balance Payment required no later than 75 days before the check in date

Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests must be made via email (info [at] samuraisnow.com) or website contact form and reconfirmed by Samurai Snow before being considered a cancellation.
  • 76 or more days before check in date - 15% cancellation fee applies (35% of total accommodation price is refunded*)
  • 46 to 75 days before check in date - 15% cancellation fee applies (85% of total accommodation price is refunded*)
  • Within 45 days of check in date - 100% cancellation fee applies (0% of total accommodation price is refunded)

* Refunds are made in Japanese Yen. The amount that you receive in your home currency may differ from the amount that you paid due to exchange rate fluctuations.

  • Early check-in and late check-out may be available subject to availability & additional fees
