            Supermarket Shuttle

            • Shuttle service from your accommodation to the supermarket and back is provided every 3x nights for 3 Bedroom Apartment guests and upon requst for Penthouse guests.

            Arrival & Departure

            • For Arrival, complimentary pick up services from Hakuba Train Station or Happo One Bus Terminal is available from 15:00 to 20:00.
            • For Departure, complimentary drop off services to  Hakuba Train Station or Happo One Bus Terminal is available from 07:00 to 10:00

            Payments

            • 25% Deposit Payment required at the time of booking
            • 75% Balance Payment required no later than 75 days before the check in date

            Cancellation

            • Cancellation requests must be made via email (info [at] samuraisnow.com) or website contact form and reconfirmed by Samurai Snow before being considered a cancellation.
            • 76 or more days before check in date - 25% cancellation fee applies
            • Within 75 days of check in date - 100% cancellation fee applies

            Transferability

            • Bookings at this accommodation are not transferable to another accommodation (even in the same building). 
            • Unless specfically agreed with Samurai Snow, a change of accommodation is considered to be a cancellation of the original accommodaiton booking (cancellation terms apply). Booking of the new accommodation, as a separate booking, would be required.
            • It may be be possible to change the reservation name of a booking at this accommodation. However, this must be agreed by Samurai Snow in writing.

            Check In / Out

            • Check in time is from 16:00 and check out time is from 10:00
            • Early check in and late check out can be requested and will be accommodated where the accommodation schedule allows
            • Early check in cannot be guaranteed in advance & late check out can only be confirmed the night before
