Overview

The house has been skillfully designed with all rooms selectively decorated to provide a great apres-ski environment, fully in keeping with the warm character of this 350m2 alpine home.

An 8-Seater 4WD Mitsubishi Delica Vehicle with winter types and ski racks is included for guest usage. The vehicle must be returned with a full tank of petrol. All drivers must hold an International Driving Permit.

  • Pick-ups are available between 15:00 and 21:30 only
  • Multiple pickups for guests in the same group arriving separately are not possible

Booking Terms

Payments

  • 30% Deposit Payment required upon booking
  • 70% Balance Payment required no later than 75 days before the check in date

Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests must be made via email (info [at] samuraisnow.com) or website contact form and reconfirmed by Samurai Snow before being considered a cancellation.
  • 76 days or more before arrival - 30% cancellation fee applies
  • Within 75 days - 100% cancellation fee applies

Subletting

  • Subletting is strictly prohibited.
  • Guests are required to provide identification for all persons staying at the accommodation at the time of booking.

Transferability

  • Bookings at this accommodation are not transferable to another accommodation (even in the same building). 
  • Unless specfically agreed with Samurai Snow, a change of accommodation is considered to be a cancellation of the original accommodaiton booking (cancellation terms apply). Booking of the new accommodation, as a separate booking, would be required.
  • It may be be possible to change the reservation name of a booking at this accommodation. However, this must be agreed by Samurai Snow in writing.

Check In / Out

  • Check in time is from 16:00 and check out time is from 10:00
  • Early check-ins and late check-outs are not available

Minimum Age

  • At least 2 members of each booking group must be over 25 years old

Guest Details

  • Name, Nationality & Date of Birth information required for all guests in the reservation required at the time of booking. Reservations will not be considered confirmed until this information is provided.

Damage Deposit

  • A cash or credit card deposit of ¥75,000 is required upon check-in
  • Deposit returned within 7 days upon satisfactory inspection of property following check-out
  • Property owner's decision regarding return of part or all funds is final

Non-Smoking

  • Interior of the property is non-smoking, including vape and other chewing / artificial tobacco prodcuts

Animals

  • No animals are allocatd on the property
