Booking Terms
Payments
- 25% Accommodation Deposit Payment required at the time of booking
- 75% Accommodation Balance Payment required no later than 75 days before the check in date
Cancellation
- Cancellation requests must be made via email (info [at] samuraisnow.com) or website contact form and reconfirmed by Samurai Snow before being considered a cancellation.
- Cancellation made before 75 days before check in - 25% cancellation fee applies
- Cancelation made within 75 days of the check-in date will result in 100% cancellation fee applies
Good Housekeeping Deposit
- A good housekeeping deposit payment of JPY ¥50,000 is required prior to check in as a bond representing the guest's agreement to leave the property as found.
- The property is inspected upon check out and the deposit payment is refunded, provided the property is left as found.
- The owner may claim for any loss or damage up to the amount of the good housekeeping deposit.
- In addtion to damages, they may claim of excessive cleaning costs, smoking in the properties or taking petes into the properties.
Check In / Out
- Check in time is from 15:00 and check out time is from 10:00
- Early check in and late check out can be requested and will be accommodated where the accommodation schedule allows for an additional fee
- Early check in cannot be guaranteed in advance & late check out can only be confirmed the night before
