Kouzan Woods features 2 x 3 bedroom designer Villas located between Hirafu and Niseko Village ski resorts.

The large windows and high ceilings make the houses light and bring the surrounding nature into the living room. The open plan living, dining and kitchen offers is a fun, functional space to enjoy a family holiday or escape with friends.

The large Japanese bath and tatami rooms provide a contemporary Japanese feature to these modern, designer Villas.

The 2 identical Villas are located within a 5 minute drive of Niseko Village and Hirafu resorts allowing guests the freedom to choose a resort.

Payments

  • 25% Deposit Payment required at the time of booking
  • 75% Balance Payment required no later than 75 days before the check in date

Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests must be made via email (info [at] samuraisnow.com) or website contact form and reconfirmed by Samurai Snow before being considered a cancellation.
  • 76 or more days before check in date - 25% cancellation fee applies
  • Within 75 days of check in date - 100% cancellation fee applies

Check In / Out

  • Check in time is from 15:00 and check out time is from 10:00
  • Early check in and late check out can be requested and will be accommodated where the accommodation schedule allows
  • Early check in cannot be guaranteed in advance & late check out can only be confirmed the night before
